A teacher put a problem before students of class IV. Add 400+7 A student has done it in the following way 400+7 = 4007 Another student has done in following manner 400+7 = 1100 What prerequisite knowledge might students not have? What kind of questions can be asked to students to address their misconception? Take a moment to reflect and post your comment in the comment box.
Adaptive leadership equips the leader to deal with problems and challenges that are not clear cut or cannot be solved only by leader's authority or expertise.
ReplyDeleteAn adaptive leader would need to require engaging and and mobilising people, questioning people's assumptions, Perceptions, beliefs, attitude and behaviour.
As a school leader I would call for prompt discussions with the stakeholders. All stakeholders should show their active participations.They should be mobilising, have innovative ideas and actually care about the needs of the children. Scheduled meetings and activities should be organised amongst all the stakeholders.
ReplyDeleteAs a school leader I would engage stakeholders in decision making for the betterment of children's of 3-9 years age in a timely basis. Every meet the outcomes and drawbacks could be discussed and can work on if any correction is to be done in favor of children.

ReplyDeleteAs a school leader, I would call upon all the stakeholders for their mass participation, question on their assumptions, learn about the socio-economic, cultural and geographical difficulties of the area and develop innovative ideas which would help to cater more friendly environment for the children in the school campus and many more.

ReplyDeleteStakeholder engagement is extremely important for the success and improvement of a school. As a School Leader, I will engage in open-minded communication with the various stakeholders. Their ideas, experiences and expertise can help us improve our processes and strategies to ensure more effective learning.
ReplyDeleteWe teachers have a significant and great responsibility about our respective school.The teacher of a particular school is a School leader of the school.To teach the child of 3-9 age is not an easy task because this is the initial stage of teaching-learning process.Being a School Leader,we should strive to engage,mobilise,cooperate,influence to the Stakeholders.Participation of the stakeholders in child's learning is very essential as a teacher.Children used to spend their most time with its parents rather than teacher.So involvement of stakeholders in every school activities is required to make the meaningful teaching- learning process of the learners.
