We are all social animals, and for us to belong and participate in the society, Personal - Social Qualities are extremely important. We can only prosper as a unit, a team with care, love and understanding for those around us. PSQ skills hence play an indispensable role to create a better world. Teachers are key to inculcating PSQ in students. They play a major role in shaping the personality of a child. Thus a teacher must display PSQ and apply those skills to ensure the child feels cared for, loved and understood. Teachers must make a child feel that he or she belongs and is very much an important asset that needs to be nurtured.

That's why we are known as social animals. Our skills ie PSQ helps us to be in sync/harmony with the society that we live in or else we would have been outcast without such skills. Generally PSQ inculcate in children from early age and learn these qualities from homes, schools, peer groups and from their neighbors.perspective thinking encourage child to listen others and it encourage child to see the things in others point of view. It can help to understand others emotion and encourage thinking alternately. It can help children for adjusting any situation, develop healthy habits and can tackle problem solving during conflict situation. In schools from morning assembly, annual day observation, celebrating festivals, visiting library reading folk tales, story books,autobiography and through traveling these PSQ in the children can be developed.
