A teacher put a problem before students of class IV. Add 400+7 A student has done it in the following way 400+7 = 4007 Another student has done in following manner 400+7 = 1100 What prerequisite knowledge might students not have? ReplyDeleteToday,classroom challenges are one of the adequate problems being faced by teachers and a good or a brave teacher has to overcome all these challenges.Lack of teamwork,minimal personal time,Lot of works,lack of parental support,lack of teachers etc are some of the problems.To overcome these problems/challenges,government should recruit sufficient teachers to every school and transfer and posting should be made after every 3 years.And to get full support from the village community as well as from the parents to run the school administration well,cleanliness drive in and around the village,conducting cultural programme ,inviting village headmen/ parents to speak in the morning assembly or on any ocassion of the school will boost sweet relationship with school to run the school meaningfully and fruitfully.

Challenges in the learning process are however, particularly difficult to detect and respond to in educational environments where growing class sizes and the increased use of digital technologies mean that teachers are unable to provide nuanced and personalized feedback and support to help students overcome their difficulties.
ReplyDeleteThe foundational year are critical for the health and well-being of children. It includes physical, social, mental and emotional aspects of their personality.
ReplyDeleteAnother challenge after health and well-being is followed by lack of effective communication skills due to diverse cultures and communities from region to region influenced by dialects and regional languages besides Hindi and English.
As a teacher, sometimes it is too hard to become an involved learner and connect with the immediate environment with the children due to lack of proper materials, etc.
Government should recruit sufficient teachers and postings should be made after every 4 or 5 year it will help the school administration to run the school smoothly. The important part of the learning process are however particularly difficult to detect and respond to in educational environments.

ReplyDeleteToday, a teacher is faced with the arduous task of keeping him/herself abreast with the latest inventions and strides in the field of education. Upgrading their skills and knowledge from time to time is thus necessary and is an utmost priority today.
ReplyDeleteA teacher is also an educator. They have the opportunity of making a huge impact on the students, but with this opportunity come many challenges. The greatest of the challenges faced by a teacher are:
1) Knowing their students well.
1) Understanding the different learning abilities and capacities of the students.
3) Motivating and encouraging them when the students underperform and have to deal with parental and peer pressure.
4) Building an effective communication channel between the management- Parents- Students.
As per my teaching experiences, some children's are ignored by their parents, likewise sending one's children without proper hygiene. As a result I put efforts on these areas such as making them understand about the importance of health and wellbeing. If talking about my other challenging moment, I'd like to recall about the language barriers between the children and me which led to miscommunication in many aspects .
ReplyDeleteThere is difficulty in all aspects of good work, whether outside of the classroom or inside. It is only through hard work, dedication, and discipline is any work possible. Similarly, in a classroom there is no work that is not difficult. But in order to make classrooms a better and inclusive learning environment for children, the teachers must persevere through the difficulties.

If the size of the class is large then it becomes difficult to address every single child separately.
ReplyDeleteMany challenges are being faced by the teachers like- 1. lack of sufficient nos.of teachers in school,2.Not transfer and posting system of education department and same teacher will remaining for long term which is boring,3. Less awareness of parents and lack of full support from the village community, To progress learning process to solve difficulties all the stakeholders unity, relationship must should be strong and school will be run smoothly and meaningfully,
ReplyDeleteThe most challenging issue we face while providing learning experiences related to all the developmental goals in the classroom is that the children are at different levels of understanding so teachers have to customise their approach accordingly, which increases the workload on the teachers.
ReplyDeleteEvery teacher of the schools are experiencing some challenging tasks during imparting learning experience s in relates with the whole developmental goals in classroom transaction.Some of the most challenging issue or moment might be the shortage of tutor deployments, insufficient learning materials and infrastructures as well as lack of parents co-operation especially in rural areas because of unsocialization.A single palm can't make any claps or sounds.So is the situations that frequently happening in every schools.Being a nation builder it is our sole responsibility or duty to stand firmly and strive to overcome or overwhelm to such circumstances.

ReplyDeleteOne of most challenging task in the class and school is that lack of team work in school, absence of teachers in school, politics is the biggest problem by engaging teachers in school for many years where they don't attend the class properly...

The challenge that we face as a teacher is that the level of rural study is not based according to there level standard , as Some student has no basics due to lack of Teacher in lower school level and been promoted to higher standard which hamper there learning and also create many challenge for the teacher to teach ...

ReplyDeleteA print-rich environment is one in which children interact with many forms of print and it helps foster skills needed for reading.
ReplyDeleteChildren come from different environments and each and every child has different understanding levels. During pre-primary school whatever they learnt becomes blank during the vacation period., due to non habit of studying at home.so twacher at primary level again has start afresh right from the alphabet and numerals. Parents passive involvement is also a obstacles in developing children. Moreover pendemic like Covid-19 and omicron are damaging the development of children.
