Find out about missed assignments due to absence and how to make them up. Get the teacher's attention without disrupting the class.
To create a learning environment, I would engage the students in peer, material and adult interactions. They would also be engaged in games, dancing, music, listening stories, etc. and try to get friendly with them.
Children have different abilities to learn, so learning environment can be made by engaging them in play way method, audio-visual, peer or group learning with proper guidance by teacher etc.
There are a lot of ways a teacher can attempt to understand their students and create a learning, fun, and creative environment. As a teacher, I would give emphasis to my students' creative abilities and create activities to hone it. I would also want every child to participate in the activities. In order to do so, I would strive to understand and know my students better. I would share world literature, and films, and art in the classroom and the importance of having an identity of community and the self. I will inculcate the habit of reading by providing children's books and discussing about it.

- Understanding unique needs of different children and personalising one's teaching strategy for them as far as possible.
- Hands-on learning through games, role play, songs etc
- They should be able to enjoy their studies and not feel burdened by excessive homework.
- Use teaching aids like flash cards, multimedia presentations etc
