  20. It is a given, and a universally known fact that each and every child is unique in themselves. In how they think, how they feel, how they learn, and how they grow.
It is however not possible to cater to every child separately and individually. Nevertheless, as a teacher one must be able to learn that fact, and to accept that not every child in her/his classroomare alike. A general understanding of the same will render or allow the teacher to focus on the specific needs and behaviours of each child and further help them in planning the best mode of teaching and learning in the classroom.

With large classrooms, it's not always easy to personalise lessons but using a mixed learning approach througout coursework can help you cater to each type of learning style. You may decide to focus on a particular learning type for each lesson or incorporate multiple strategies within each lesson. The most important element is recognising the differences in student learing - the rest will flow from there.

  28. Every child has a different personality, different family conditions, different academic skills, different health status etc. All children are unique and have different learning styles.
Hence we can't treat them as the same. Firstly, we need to have a good sense of observation so that we can understand the differing characteristics of different children. Talking to children's parents and peers can also help us in this. Accordingly, I will try to personalise my teaching strategy for each child as far as possible so that they can achieve their best in their studies.
