Add 400+7 A student has done it in the following way 400+7 = 4007 Another student has done in following manner 400+7 = 1100 What prerequisite knowledge might students not have? For creating a leadership qualities in secondary level students. The teachers must well communicate with students, encourage them to take the task . The teachers must let students develop their skill, attitudes, behavior and self confidence . The teachers must motivate students and let them develop leadership qualities too. The teachers must confined some task to students , let them work in group and also let one lead the team. T

ReplyDeleteFor a school leader to be successful in their role, they need to lead the way in driving teaching and learning outcomes, first and foremost. This involves setting expectations about the school's learning practices and ensuring the organisation's values and behaviours underpin a focus on improving student success.
ReplyDeleteFor my secondary school, in order to implement leadership for learning,
ReplyDeleteI would first focus on students. Give them opportunities to express their thoughts and experience. Give them platform to showcase their talents.
Secondly, teachers in our school will be fully involved without leaving any one in school functioning.
Thirdly, parents and other stakeholders will be called monthly or once in three months to discuss the improvement brought about by the teaching faculty and students.
