  144. Inclusivity, first and foremost, means the acceptance of differences and the fact that those differences are unique and special to each of the students respectively in a classroom. Inclusion merely in the form of including all of the children in a generalising manner would surely lead to disastrous outcome as well taught in the fable. The animals who are individually equipped with their own talents and gifts, instead of building on those qualities were made to rather focus on what was not and fell prey to the idea of essentialism on the 'absence' part of a difference. This is the outcome when the institution/the educators/the teachers aren't well equipped with the understanding of inclusivity in a classroom as well as inclusivity of a curriculum. Providing all of the animals with a bare minimum of four subjects– flying, climbing, swimming and running– didn't provide equal space of opportunity for animals like moles and rats. Or even the fact that the duck was over pressured into deterioration of his webbed feet or the rabbit having a nervous breakdown shows how there is an absence of flexible learning and improper application of UDL. For diversity to be accepted and for every child different than the other, there must be flexible and multiple means of learning and teaching.
