Most existing challenges that face at secondary level in Arunacha is insufficient teachers and insufficient infrastructure which very much effect teaching learning process.
For me the existing challenges of our secondary school are - insufficient teacher (subject teacher), lack of proper infrastructure and the most challenging is to make the student understand the importance of education in this pandemic period.
Most of the schools of Ar Pradesh are facing a major challenge to get sufficient subject teachers, and the students are facing primary education in village levels. The students come in secondary level with lack of proper reading the text book, basic forms of maths and so on, because maximum schools run by a single teacher or two teachers.
The challenges secondary schools are facing in Arunachal Pradesh are poor infrastructure, lack of subject teachers especially science and maths. There is no proper laboratory for students in school where they can experience through hands on activity as well experiment. No proper teaching aids are available so no proper skills training are being able to give to students. In some cases, there are teachers who give their 100% to students for learning but students doesn't have urge and give any interest towards their study. The teachers motivates and encourage them to study all they give to their teachers is disrespecting behaviour.
The challenges which faced in my school are:- 1. No reliever of transferred teacher. 2. No teacher is provided against the retired teacher. 3. Shortages of subject teacher. 3. No available quarters. 4. No playground for students, etc. (Jamba Lobsang) GHSS, Dirang.
The existing challenges that our secondary school faces with respect to student learning are insufficient number of subject teachers hence the students tends to slip away from classes in the absence of subject teachers. Moreover the classrooms are quite small and hence cannot accommodate many students so they are divided into sections. Even then they have to cramped for space.
In context of student learning, our Secondary schools have various challenges: #No technologies available for student learning, whereas the world is moving with technology everywhere. #No coordination among teachers and head. This is the most important aspect to plan out proper student learning process. #Infrastructure is not good. Students are sitting clustered.
There are several issues that are common to teens and with which school counselors should be familiar. These include Problems with Peers, Issues with Authority, Romantic Relationship Challenges, Social Inadequacy, Family Events, Alcohol and Drugs.
There are many challenges in secondary schools. The scenario in the rural areas are worst. Some of the major problems are:- : Shortage of teachers : Shortage of subject teachers : Shortage of classrooms : Absenteism of teachers : Lack of dedication of teachers : lack of professionalism of teachers : Lack of leadership quality of school head : lack of guidance of student : Weak learning base of students from primary level : Shortage of teaching learning material
