  8. Physical fitness is very important and it should never be ignored as it helps us to maintain our health and remain active. It boosts our energy and memory levels. It also helps to control our weight. It keeps our mind, body and health fresh and strong. It gives us sound and proper sleep. It keep us motivated to do daily activities properly.

  9. If we want to live a long life then one has to keep their health fit & sound mind. To keep a strong health & sound mind.The following tips of exercises are as follows:
    1. Early to bed-Early to rise.
    2. Running, walking, jogging.
    3. Skipping, Badminton etc.
    4. Yoga.
    5. DIET Control as per our age.
    6. Avoid cigarette smoking.
    7. Other means of harmful substances to be avoided.
    If we follow the above mentioned tips then our health will remain healthy & mind will remain sound mind. And we can enjoy a happy & prosperous life.

  10. Physical Education the subject deals with the all round development of a child with big muscular activities. The inborn actions of human beings are running, jumping and throwing, based on these actions, the subject physical education flourish all types of activities in games, sports, yoga and so on. Games and sports activities breaks the monotonous feeling of a students of daily claas works, and bring a new enthusiasm to learn all other subjects. NEP includes Physical Education in the main subject stream for the betterment of our physical, mental, social and emotional development of the society from childhood.

  12. Physical fitness is very important in our lives. If we are physically not fine, we cannot be fine emotionally, mentally or socially. So engaging in physical fitness is important. It's not about going to gym and doing workout sessions. We can maintain our physical health by walking in your favourite place nearby for 20 minutes everyday and doing small things in your home like cleaning,washing ,etc.
