  97. Developing Personal-social qualities in a person is not only important to the individual but also essential for a healthy society. Only an healthy, compassionate and positive mind can contribute for a progressive and peaceful society. Therefore it is responsibility of both parent and society to provide favourable and positive environment for the child to develop such quality and traits.
    It has been observed that students with good PSQ are not only compatable with their mates in classroom but also do well acadamically because of their postive attitude toward learning and adapting new things.
    A teacher can monitor and inspire a student in many ways inside and outside classroom while teaching lessons or just having simple conversation. A teacher should be careful about giving a false message while interacting with children rather their every conversation must inspire student toward a positive outlook. For secondary stage learners who are going through adolescence period they are much more need for a proper guidance which would determine their identity in future. Involving students in various social activities, sports, reading and listening motivational things etc are few things among various activity which can be initiated by a teacher to generate PSQ's in a student.
