  63. First thing that is very important for a teacher for coordinating a diverse classroom is to have a positive attitude.Teacher has to really appreciate and approve the diverse capacity students have in them,
from this fable we get to understand that each and every students be strong or weak physically or psychologically has their own point of burden and point of relief while taking up and going through the pre designed educational plan. So the teacher now has that opportunity to discover the students' interest or weakness and guide/help student for their actual progress. Just one suggestion I found effective is like this -- a teacher can show the students the link between 2 disciplines ( say one subject is from their liking e.g. physics and one which they feel boring e.g. biology) so students can see the point of interest in the subject they dislike too (as teacher will show student the link between physics and biology by giving examples of rules of physics being applied in biology)

We have to motivate encourage and praise them whenever it is needed. If a student is weak in some subject, we have to show patience and encourage them rather than criticize them. We have to help them by slowing down our teaching process and ask classmates also to help them and not discourage them. Even parents have to be supportive of their children rather than comparing them with other children.
