It is the responsibility of school leader, how to frame academic calendar along with teachers. Timely conducting SMC.meeting.Providing academic academic support to teachers and providing teaching-learning resources to the teachers as well as to the students. In this way a teacher leader or shool leader can influence students.

    2. As the school leader, we are responsible for ensuring that all students have opportunities and assistance to participate in learning. This will only be possible if the management of resources should be effectively effective and clear the purpose of improving the process of learning. The long-term resource of which is the school leader manages is human resources. We can get access to a group of people (teacher, other staff, students, parents, and community members, which can contribute to skills and knowledge to support learning. Along with human resources management, we will also be responsible for the management of financial and physical resources so that they can be appropriate and accessible to improve the learning process of students and they are effectively used.

  27. As a school leader(head teacher)it is the solely responsible for institutional planning and management by deciding how to use the available resources and how to initiate steps to mobilize the resources by involving the teachers,student,parents and other associations.
    As a school leader(headmaster)his role in planning,school organisation(not to plan theoritically but to give a practical shape),teaching role,supervision and guidances,maintaining relations with teachers,student,parentsand community and most important his role in general administration greatly influences the mindset of the student in the school as they observed the school leader as the overall incharge of the school and his leadership ability will certainly have a impact on the learning capacity of the student.

For example., In elementary schools, we can influence student learning by working on teacher qualify or teacher professional development. When we as a school leader engage with students, understand their learning needs, their interests and methods by which we can enhance their learning, this knowledge and experience of what constitutes as student learning, informs our practice. Student learning also influences School Leadership.

Today's school require dynamic, well trained, talented leaders who understand the social, economic, political forces that influences education; who are committed to fresh ideas and solution and willing to take risks to implement them.
    The effects of leadership on student learning are largely indirect. This means that to be a successful, leaders must eventually have influences on conditions that directly influence student learning. Such conditions include, the quality of classroom instruction, the nature of the curriculum taught, and the disciplinary climate in the school and classroom. After learning about influence as method,it would be better if less coercive and more friendly approach be taken into consideration.. An inclusive approach would incite the members to take self initiative and encourage willing participation from other members.

  174. As a teacher or as a teacher leader in a classroom setting, one needs to understand one's role beyond administration management and teaching. And we can apply this understanding of influence of school leadership on student learning by default as leadership in practice includes all our basic roles and responsibilities. In addition, leadership encourage us to take initiative, identity new challenges and create innovative solutions for bringing about positive changes in the classroom and in the school.

  188. An effective leader must posses self concept with honesty and integrity. He must be self confident, committed towards his work, good communicator and must inspire others. He must have empathy towards others and be able to assess the three components of knowledge, skills and attitudes in their own self. He should be inclusive of everyone in their decision making and also open to ideas from the entire team or class. He should have a vision and a plan. He must create collaborative inclusive learning environments. He must be passionate about his work and understood the importance of building community.
