Learning outcomes of class three as follows as I think that the general topic taught in class three are numbers, shapes,,Angeles, measurement category like length, mass volume, area perimeter, money and time get a handling and patterns. The learners of class three learn first count numbers upto three digits understanding the number system then represent number by using base ten system that means they can fixed out the place value as ones tens, and hundreds and able to compute three digit numbers upto 999.It is thousand they can count and perform the four basic four operation upto three digits numbers as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division like this and they learn to understand space and special objects then understanding patterns of shapes and numbers. Learners also can forwarded it,repeat it,by using the shapes as well as the numbers. Also can perform the data handling suppose what data has been given and fixed out can estimate and calculate then estimate and measure short length using non uniform as well as calculus as an in form unit such as hand spun fingers like feet like this but at the correct unit such as kilograms, grams, litre etc.

We can relate the syllabus of a subject and the learning outcome of the subject in this way.As the syllabus for a class is decided according to the capacity of the child of that class. For example for a child of class 3 in his EVS book finds every chapter in a story form and is able to understand everything pretty well which will be reflected in his results by passing with flying marks. But if he is given to read the social science book of class 10,for him it will just be a book with many pages and the outcome will be nil.

In a nutshell,we can say that the learning outcomes of the above-mentioned class are fulfilled as the syllabus focusses on all the four skills of a language that is speaking, listening, reading and writing.

It has helped my class VI, VII, and VIII students to know the course structure of maths subject and it has also described the topics and concepts that the students should cover while they prepare for their exam. Syllabus also mentions the time allocated to different units and chapters. So that the teachers have time limit in completing the particular syllabus within particular duration. The students were also able to draw a better study plan. Syllabus has also helped in understanding the question paper design and marks distribution. It has also helped students in creating daily study plan based on the syllabus and also tracking the topics covered by them.
Thereby, making syllabus a part of Learning outcome and a must for overall performance of a students. Similarly, learning outcome are also a required element of a syllabus. They are statements about what students will know and be able to do with what they know upon successful completion of the course. Learning outcomes benefit students by providing specific learning targets to pursue.

Learning Outcomes are the statements that specify what students will know, be able to do or be able to demonstrate when they have completed or participated in a course or topic. Learning outcomes specify an action of the student which is usually observable, measurable and his/her ability to demonstrate whatever he/she has learnt from that topic/syllabus.

Learning outcomes are measurable statements that concretely formally state what students are expected to learn in a course. While goals and objectives can be written more broadly, learning outcomes describe specially how learners will achieve the goals.
    L
earning outcomes is a required element of the syllabus. They are statements about what students will know and be able to do with what they know upon successful completion of the course. Five learning outcomes are as follows :
    Knowledge / remembering
    Comprehension/understanding .Application /applying
    Analysis /analyzing
    Evaluation /evaluating
    Synthesis /creating
Examplesof some of the learning outcomes are given below :
Learner describes need of food for people of different groups and animals and birds.
(C -III ). Learners explain the process of producing and procuring daily needs (e. g.food , water, clothes )C-IV
Learn establishes linkages among terrain climate, resources (food, water, shelter, livelihood) and cultural life (c-v).
The literature on Education for all in the last three decades emphasised on quality of education. It has been considered in terms of enrolment, retention, and achievement .It further included desirable characteristics of learners, learning processes, facilities, learning materials, content, governance and management and learning outcomes.
Improving the quality of learning has consistently been in focus under sarva shiksha abhiyan (SSA)which is now ISSE. And the RTE act. All the national educational frame works developed by the NCERT and other important government initiatives have also included quality as a prime goal.
The present NCERT document include learning outcomes mentioned directly for each class in languages (hindi, English and urdu ,maths, environmental science, science and social sciences up to elementary stage. The document is meant for all stakeholders especially the parents /guardians, teachers, school managing committee members.
So, all the states /UT preparethe syllabus of any subject /class and also the course learning outcomes in that subject /class in the elementary stage, keeping NCERT document in their minds. Hence, I think the two are mutually related to each other and I can say that both are completely to each other.

  168. The NCERT syllabus and the topics included in it is never going to be sufficient for a better academic growth of students. The syllabus in it seems to be for a less than an average student, and some topics get too lengthy for even the average student to memorise. The NCERT mathematics is not sufficient for the students who want more of the subject, so it would have been better to include another subject as an elective, or some topics too as elective for maths loving students to get some more of it. The Class 9th Science is too imbalanced with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Not all may love them equally, so some chapters in the book needs to be kept as elective, especially for biology which contains too hard to memorise topics. As a whole, the NCERT might be good for any average student, but can also be hectic to students who might like or dislike some subjects.
