Obviously, our class room should be interactive and participatory centered, activity based. Teachers should provide resources like text books, visual arts and performing arts. Self assessment,group assessment and peer assessment will lessen gender concern.

Young children begin to notice the differences in social expectations for gender roles, the ways teachers interact with students stand to have a great impact on their ability to participate in their education. We need to pay to pay equal attention to both girls and boys and try to interact with both of them equally. And we can also use project-Based Learning, where we integrating a mix of boys and girls within small group project. The work can be purely academic,with the lessons on gender equity indirect and implicit.By working together,girls and boys can-if supported well-better understand the nuance of individual behaviour rather than stereotyping’girls’ and ‘ boys’.

  10. As a teacher both girls and boys as well as transgender should be treated as equally. It is the duty of teacher to creat the healthy and freindly environment in the inclusive classroom. Teacher allows children to develop friendships with their peers and feel less social tension about their backgrounds or disabilities. It has been observed that children placed in a standard classroom environment who are isolated into different classrooms,simply because they have special needs..Disabled student should not be underestimate and should be treaded as softly.
    Under the inclusive education studies show that children with special needs actually learn more in regular classroom environment, provide they get the help and support they need in and out of the classroom when it come to academic subjects.

It is clear that policymakers have a lot to learn about the gender-based challenges that exist in their local classrooms before we can truly achieve gender equality in education.   30. In order to integrate the concerns viz., gender, environment and special needs in the classroom teaching, the teacher can play an meaningful role. The teacher must take care to make the teaching- learning environment participatory where girls are also involved actively in the learning processes.
    The teacher should first identify gender differences in all schooling activities and then plan and implement activities in the classroom and outside classroom accordingly. This would surely create an enabling environment where all students including girls can share experiences, questions on existing prejudices and strreotype and workout suitable solutions based on discussions and debate.
    During teaching subjects, teacher should also take care to emphasise the role of womens' participation in socio- political and economic processes. Also giving examples role models to motivate learners.
    Language cut across all disciplines and is basic to the construction of Knowledge; as a result, it has wide ranging implications for gender relations. Thus, using language differently can actually change conditions and situations. Therefore, teacher plays an important role in promoting gender- fair language. A large number of elements, like- words and expressions perpetuate gender stereotypes. As a result, gender neutral languages needs to be used in classroom teaching. Our language should be both gender inclusive and gender neutral.
    Special needs in classroom specifies that children with impairments or disabilities too has the right to attend school with other children. They should also be given proper attention and taken care. The teacher through higher authority should try to provide TLMs to them also.
    We must co-operate with each other and work towards the best workable solutions; adopt and modify them to meet diverse needs of children in class. Remember, we cannot leave any child behind. Every child has right to be in class. We need to create inclusive environment to them too.

Firstly gender is a very scared situation in all community because in ancient time the people doing gender bias and gender discrimination, but now a days we treat all same and in a class a girl is also do as boys do, in classroom we have treat equally boys and girls.     Integration refers to exceptional students being partially taught in a mainstream class room. Activities are adopted so that the student can" fit in " with their mainstream peers. The ideology of integration proposes that the disabled people should have the opportunity to take part in society under the same condition.
    Genden based inequalities in education around the world, according to UNESCO, are mainly determined by poverty, geographical isolation minority status, disability, early marriage and pregnancy and gender based violence.
    Six ways to promote genden equality in the class room :
    1. Be reflective and be objective 2. Get feedback from colleagues and students 3.Use gender neutral language when appropriate 4.Explain the context 5.Seat and group students intentionally 6.Use project based learning.
    There are a number of strategies instructions can implement to create a productive and inclusive environment in the class room:

    In an inclusive environment, students of all cultural orientations can : freely express who they are, their own opinions and points of views. Fully participate in teaching, learning work and social activities, feel safe from abuse, Harassment or unfair criticism.

  77. Integration of gender sensitive teaching strategy remains to be a challenge among educators. This social issues requires more in-depth exploration especially in the classroom to promote its significance and determine its applicability and effectiveness. To facilitate gender responsive instruction, curricular and text book should be free from gender bias and promote equality in gender relation. Aside from the influence of official curricular and textbooks, teacher practice in the classroom is partly shaped by their assumptions and stereotypes about gender, which in turn affects students belief and learning. In the classroom, the nature versus nature debate is not relevant but gender teaching in classroom.
    It is important to see that beside gender it is equally important to integrate environment in classroom teaching as environment of the class play an important role in the positive development of the student. Classroom physical environment affects morale and student learning. The environment should match the objectives, both in terms of human interaction and instructional approach. The arrangement of seating is one major variable. Also, including students in creating the physical environment can enhance that environment, increase the feeling of classroom community, and give students a sense of empowerment. Lastly, the environment should be warm like home.
    Integration of special needs in classroom teaching is also
    important like that of gender or environment as there are many children's in our society who are in need of special care and attention than normal children's . Such integration can help students to see the world for what it is. They need to realise and understand that there are children, just like themselves, that face extreme struggles every single day. These by mental difficulties or physical disabilities some of which are long term. This will helps in inculcating values on gender equality among the students from the school age itself. For special needs students, encourage cooperative learning activities. Let them know how well they are progressing towards an individual or class goal.

  173. A safe and friendly learning environment should be provided, where students can express themself without any distinction of gender, special needs, cast, status or nationality. Students should feel comfortable and protected, the teachers should be patient towards the students .The class room should be interactive and participatory and teachers should provide students, with group project, assignment, seminar etc.which help in socializing with each other.

  180. As a teacher both girls and boys as well as transgender should be treated as equally. It is the duty of teacher to creat the healthy and freindly environment in the inclusive classroom. Teacher allows children to develop friendships with their peers and feel less social tension about their backgrounds or disabilities. It has been observed that children placed in a standard classroom environment who are isolated into different classrooms,simply because they have special needs..Disabled student should not be underestimate and should be treaded as softly.
    Under the inclusive education studies show that children with special needs actually learn more in regular classroom environment, provide they get the help and support they need in and out of the classroom when it come to academic subjects.

    Teacher should Adopt integrated strategies in teaching the lessons or poems.and create an environment where every student feels equally able and take part in the learning process. Stories or poems which reflects concerns on gender, environment, peoples with special needs should property be illustrated with appropriate examples. Moreover the teacher should avoid making things easier for either Male or female students by giving them easier questions in the classroom. The Teacher should provide enough wait time to answer questions and encourage using of gender neutral words/pronouns such as instead of calling "boys or girls" use "everyone or everybody ".

Being the teacher,I think we can integrate the concern such as gender, special needs in the classroom.There may be some problems to deal with the students of different kinds in the same classroom.But every problem is an opportunity to learn.This can be done by not differentiating the children of different gender, special needs etc.All types of children should be given proper care and equal attention.This will create a healthy social environment in the class.

  195. A simple way to integrate the concerns of gender, special needs and environment would be by practice and surrounding of the kids. Children usually learn things more in a practical manner than mere telling. A teacher can do away with separate seating arrangement for boys and girls to imply they are not different from each other. Children must not be given tasks based on their gender like for example brooming task for girls and digging the garden soil for boys.

    For special needs children slope platform should be available for a wheelchair student; hearing impaired children must be given row nearest to teacher; visually challenged children must be provided tactile globes, braille script and other facilitating tools for their needs.

    To integrate concern for environment school members can have a small flower and vegetable garden to let children get involved in its care so that they can appreciate the working of nature and develop concern for it. Conducting some classes under the shade of a huge tree in the school premise will also induce similar feeling for the tree.

Children today are the future of tomorrow, environmental awareness can be made among students through planting trees in the campus and teaching the students about various kinds of pollution, the 3r's and practise them in the class itself.
