Games, sports and some physical activities that we do in day to day life promote emotional health and well-being. Examples of some activities are 

Indoor activities:  Crawl under tables, Use an object to practice balance, Jumping jacks, Dancing, Yogic activities …. 

Outdoor activities: Climbing a ladder, Jumping, crawling, and walking from one area to another, Zig-zag running between obstacles, Jump over various objects, Walking, ...Share some games, sports and activities, which help in fitness under each column .

  86. When we talk about physical fitness, I would like to share one of the indoor activity called barre. This activity is tough but fun, it focuses on the strengthening of core muscles and improve the cardiovascular endurance and also boost the body balance.
    Coming to outdoor fitness Stand -Up Paddleboarding which is also known as SUP is upto my ally. This activity not only challenge the body but provides a scenic view of the horizon and the relaxing ambiance of the water.

E Aristotle that Education is the creation of sound mind in sound body. For making sound body, regular exercise, balanced diet is required. Excercise include physical exercise, yoga etc. Playing games and sports an important means of exercise which keeps our body fit and fine. Games and sports are of two types indoor and outdoor. Indoor games includes Carrom ,chess, Chinese checkers, etc outdoor games includes high jump, long jump, football, volleyball, cricket, running, jumping etc. Apart of games and sports, dancing, gymnastic etc is an art which also plays a vital role in physical development and and have entertainment role also. Further, games sports, yoga, gymnastic etc refreshes our mind and help to develop skill and encourage team spirit, cooperation and tolerance.
    To encourage this govt. Launch fit India movement under which games and sports are encouraged. Further realising the importance of yoga it is a plan to make it's ASANAS in school curriculum for keeping ourselves healthy and physically developed individual.
