A teacher put a problem before students of class IV. Add 400+7 A student has done it in the following way 400+7 = 4007 Another student has done in following manner 400+7 = 1100 What prerequisite knowledge might students not have? ReplyDeleteWe know that the attention span of children of 3-6 years of age is very short, and they need to be engaged primarily through play based pedagogies.
Building trust, understanding emotions and feelings, keen observer, understanding developmental needs of children, understanding of pedagogical leadership.
Children of age 3 to 9 should be dealt with a flexible mindset. To promote children's competence we the teachers should recognize and deal with emotions. We should help children to learn to recognize and solve social problems. Teaching or helping children learn to be friends.

ReplyDeleteChildren of 3-9 age group have a very short attention span yet they are the most excellent in grasping things. They are to be treated with a very fluid and flexible mind. Teachers need to emphatize with them, understand their emotional status and learning skills, areas of interest etc. An environment familiar to them should be created for their learning.

ReplyDeleteChildren the age group of 3 -9 deal with very gently this age the children will give more interest in play way method of learning. By recognising the weakness of child the teachers should deal in such a way that the child should not get bore....

ReplyDeleteI will ensure the participation of the various stakeholders e.g. the parents and the community. Art integrated learning and activity based learning will be used to ensure effective and fun learning. Individual and group learning needs will be identified through continuous assessment so that any shortcomings can be addressed.

ReplyDeleteStudents use and develop competencies when they encounter unfamiliar or challenging situations. Competencies help students draw and build upon what they know, how they think and what they can do.

ReplyDeleteযদিও শিশু সকল অধিক সময় মনোযোগ ধৰি ৰাখিব নোৱাৰে, কিন্তু কম সময়ত অধিক আয়ত্ত কৰিব পাৰে। সেয়ে এটা ভয়বিহীন তথা নীৰৱ পৰিৱেশ সৃষ্টি কৰি লোৱাৰ লগতে শিশুসকলৰ আৱেগিক স্থিতি আৰু আহৰণ ক্ষমতাৰ প্ৰতি লক্ষ্য ৰাখি পাঠদান সম্পন্ন কৰিলে সুফল পোৱা যায়।
